One Morton Square
This expansion of One Morton Square tactically combines the original space with a neighboring residence, growing the home into a four-bedroom unit. A new, large kitchen was designed to creatively navigate a maze of columns and plumbing risers, setting up a seamless transition into an open and bright living area. A connecting space becomes a useful buffer between separate private and public zones. Lined with custom built-in storage, the passageways lend character and utility to the renovation.
