We’re seeking a Temporary Intermediate Architect/BIM Coordinator.



This position is for the Summer with the possibility of full time in the Fall. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience working on all scales of projects. The position can be remote or in our Brooklyn based office. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in BIM and design, with the ability to shift between coordinator and designer roles easily. The candidate should possess strong design and communication skills, be able to work independently and reach out for guidance with complex issues. The  annual compensation range for this position is $65,000-$94,000 depending on experience.

Requirements:
  1. Possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
  2. 5+ years of experience
  3. Proficient expertise in Archicad. Candidates should have a strong understanding of digital delivery workflow and rendering.
  4. Archicad experience with template creation and graphic settings preferred.
  5. Experience on complex projects, including residential, institutional, and educational projects in all phases of design.
  6. Strong communication and presentation skills
