Two floor-through apartments in a Brownstone Co-op were combined into a flexible two bedroom home.  A large living area on the top floor made use of the high ceilings and served as a gallery for the clients artwork and collections. An open stair connects to the private bedrooms below.  The owners wanted to maintain the charm of the original apartments and infuse it with their own unique taste. Done in collaboration with BAS.
